Due to the nature of our food products, we do not offer returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If something’s wrong with your order (e.g., missing or incorrect item), contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or credit where appropriate.
While we aim to be timely, sometimes delays are beyond our control. If your food arrives significantly late and affects quality, please let us know — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds are only considered in rare cases of incorrect or non-delivered orders. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
